Took my 2014 CRV in for oil change & purchased a New 2016 Pi I took my 2014 CR-V in for routine service and found a new 2016 Pilot . The service department was quick , clean and friendly. I told them I was looking at the New Pilots for 2016. I asked if Gary Jarrell was in and he came out and smiled at me when I said I was in for an oil change. That is what happened when I purchased the 2014 CR-V. I was doing the same thing and looking at the new Pilot. I asked if the had a Pilot EX-L in with Black interior. He checked and there was one being unloaded from the truck at that time. Needless to say it was what I wanted and between Gary and Nicole Vivi, they got it prepped and I drove it home. I have purchased 4 New vehicles at Brandon Honda and have always been treated with a friendly, low-pressure sales approach. Sales, Service and the Financial personnel are Great! More

Brandon Honda although was not a Trueca It came down to 2 dealerships, one was a True Car dealership who gave me a great price quote through TrueCar.. Brandon Honda although was not a Truecar dealership, they did want my business so they did come down to that same quote. I only had to refuse their first offer and sent back my price (quote I had from a diff dealer) and the price for my 2012 CRV trade in and all was accepted, so we did not play the back and forth game like I have experienced so many times with other dealerships. I usually get a new car every 3 years and I will be happy to return to Brandon Honda. More
