An Enjoyable Saturday at Brandon Honda My wife and I have three children (all 16 and older) and decided to add another car to the "family fleet". We examined all the compact cars and decided the choice for us was a pre-owned Civic LX (2013 or newer). We had explored purchase opportunities with nearly 10 other dealerships (6 of which were Honda dealers). After a period of about 4 weeks, one dealership rose to the top--Brandon Honda. Our contact there, Salvador Manalili, was extremely helpful. He supplied us with all the product knowledge and pricing we needed to make our buying decision. Once we decided to stop by the showroom (we did most of our shopping and communication online), Salvador meet us at the front door and provided us with first-rate service. He showed us various cars that matched what we were looking for and did not try to sell us on something we did not come there to see. He took us on a test drive and did other small acts that made the day enjoyable. Just as notable, once my wife and I selected a vehicle to purchase, is Salvador, along with other management members, completed the transaction at what we believe to be a reasonable price. Also, the internet director, Ron Wright, provided us with an additional future oil change. More

Without him I would not be enjoying my life much better than I did this past year. I appreciate what all of Brandon Honda did for me and still plan on buying a warranty in January for the Vehicle - so that there will be no complications ever with this vehicle. It has even been blessed by my Pastor/Priest so that Saint Christopher would protect it. There might be a small water A/C leak, since I run it high here in Tampa and I wish there was an Auxiliary Port so I could plug in and not have to worry about navigation throwing me off...but my speaker on my phone is pretty loud and Siri is a Gentlemen on my iPhone so I am not totally distracted. The old Accord was towed to Brandon Honda with hopes of a repair, but as we had purchased the car new in 2004, it was time to let it go. Dealing with Don Negri for the sale, John & Alison in the Service Dept.and ultimately Bo in their finance Dept. working to figure out our options; what can I say. Our experience could not have gone better. They were honest, helpful, and went the extra mile a number of times to make it work extremely well for us. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience! More
