El me dio las bases suficientes para yo tomar la determinación de hacer el trabajo que mi vehículo requería... hoy día me doy cuenta que fue una de mis mejores decisiones y todo por qué Augustine no solo me ofreció el servicio al cliente que cualquier persona debe tener si no que el fue más allá brindándome su atención como si fuese mi amigo de muchos años. Sin más me despido y bastante agradecido de encontrar personas que sienten y tienen pasión por lo que hacen y es digno de respeto y admiración. He listened to my service requests and make sure that I was aware of the costs for the services requested. My CRV was ready for me about 30 minutes before the estimated time of completion. All of the staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. The only complaint I have is that after purchasing 4 new tires I found a Brandon Honda hang tag on my rear view mirror offering me a deal to purchase 3 new tires and get the fourth tire free. Needless to say, I wish I had been aware of this offer at the time my service was written up so that I could have taken advantage of the savings. More
