New CRV Touring purchase Decided to trade our 2008 Odessey, which had served us well. My wife settled on a CRV EX-L because of the the exterior and interior color combo. While the vehicle was being detailed Chris regretfully informed us that the vehicle had been sold earlier in the day. Chris apologized profusely and explained that this should have never ever happened. Chris went on to explain that Brandon Honda was committed to making the situation right. Since there was not another vehicle with the same color combination, he explained that management was offering to get us into the touring model for a nominal up charge, which was extremely well priced (one of a couple of different options). My wife was open to the touring model option Chris proceeded to hunt high and low for a touring model in the color combination that would make my wife most happy Ultimately, Chris located one and then proceeded to move the closing process along as quickly as possible Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with Chris' kindness, professionalism and his desire to do the right thing throughout the whole process We cannot thank Chris and Brandon Honda enough for making what was a stressful situation a very positive new car buying experience. More
