Although they didn't have the cars I had came there for they had plenty of options to choose from. Tony Carter was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing at his job got us in there fast and out just as fast. And when an unexpected problem happened with the car a couple days later Tony was kind enough to have the service worker fix it for free. Highly recommend this place to everyone!! More

Great Improvement at Service Center I was dreading my service appointment at Brandon Honda because the last time I was there I had to wait in my car for almost 40 minutes before a servic I was dreading my service appointment at Brandon Honda because the last time I was there I had to wait in my car for almost 40 minutes before a service advisor came over to me. My most recent appointment was on 5/17/17 at 6:00 p.m. to have an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 5:45 p.m. and was immediately greeted by one of the young men who wrote down the mileage of my car and told me a service advisor would be with me shortly. Within a few minutes Russell Crump came over to my car. He was very professional, friendly and polite. When my car was ready, he called me on my cell phone because I had left the premises. When I picked up my car, Russell explained everything that was done and what was charged. Russell introduced me to the Service Manager who advised me of the changes they have made to make the wait time shorter because he heard the complaints and that they will be adding new bays for express service. I am totally satisfied with my service visit. More
