'Captain' Kirk was awesome! On Saturday night, I searched on-line for car deals. I chatted on line and my contact information was taken. On at the start of the business day Sunday morning, my phone rang and Mr. Kirk left a message. I called back and we set up an appointment for later in the day. When we arrived, he greeted us and answered all my questions. We test drove a car and he showed me all the color and style options. We purchased a new Accord and we are very satisfied with Brandon Honda. On Tuesday morning, I received a call from another Honda dealership who took my contact information on Saturday as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast contact and fabulous service at Brandon Honda. Captain Kirk ROCKS!!! More

60,000 Service of 2013 Honda CRV I recently purchased my CRV from Brandon Honda and had to schedule the 60K service. My service advisor was Bob Hovorka. I called on Friday morning and I recently purchased my CRV from Brandon Honda and had to schedule the 60K service. My service advisor was Bob Hovorka. I called on Friday morning and they scheduled me for Saturday morning. I arrived and was greeted by the Service staff, offered coffee, and was checked in in less than 10 mins. Since I was not planning on getting a Service appointment so quickly, I had other appointments scheduled that day. Bob set me up with a "loaner" car to meet my other appointments. The car was serviced, washed, and ready for pick up an hour ahead of schedule. The entire experience was exceptional. Bob was incredibly attentive and ensured I was in and out quickly and that my Service and experience exceeded my expectations which they did. More

I went to your Location to Purchase a used Auto and I was Disappointed by one of your Sales Man, he didn't try to work with us and the whole visit was I went to your Location to Purchase a used Auto and I was Disappointed by one of your Sales Man, he didn't try to work with us and the whole visit was less than 3 Min with him saying we cant Help you..:-(. On our way Driving out I was approached by Mr. Eddie Guadalupe who ask us what happened? 'cause he notice we was in and out in 3-5 Minutes, we told him The Sales Man told us "Sorry No can do" and Eddie said please don't leave I can work something out what ever it takes not to loose our business I told him we was so disappointed and he Insisted we must come back in and I ask him for a His Business Card and I Promised Eddie we will Think 'bout it and give him a call. Once home we discussed the situation and decided to give Eddie a Call and went back to store a few Hr later and was received with GREAT! Service. So on that Day we Leased The Honda Fit Thanks to Eddie and Mr. Antonio Rueda who went Beyond and Above! to get a Car that Fit our Budget.....We Love our Car Thanks to these 2 Gentlemen. More
