employees don't know the product the sales person as well as the 'experts' he checked with all promised us that the car we selected had factor installed remote start. It did not. Our initial discussion with the sales person was if the car did not have remote start that that was a deal breaker. After we had signed for everything and many days of stories about the car we ended up taking it with some make shift starter that requires we can an extra key fob. More

Priscilla was honest and straight forward, after having a conversation for about 30min I felt like i could trust her and seem too have a lot of knowledge about sales. Priscilla didn't pressure me Thank You Priscilla and Denise Why did the Executive Manager come in after the deal was closed to say Thank You? (#just asking) More
In the end...... Pilot worth the wait I apologize in advance for the lengthy review. I started my car search well in advance of my actual purchase and by chance I just happened to run int I apologize in advance for the lengthy review. I started my car search well in advance of my actual purchase and by chance I just happened to run into Robin the first time I walked into the dealership. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain the various trims for the vehicle I was interested in and even though at that time I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle he didn't rush me or make me feel like my time wasn't valuable. After doing my due diligence in comparing what I wanted, I went back several weeks later and sought Robin out to begin the process of the Honda Pilot sale. The dealership honored the TrueCar pricing and without knowing it came very close to the initial number I had from another Honda dealer. I put a deposit on the vehicle on Feb 14th and was advised that the vehicle with the specs I wanted would not be available until after the 6th of March. I wasn't thrilled with the delay but not much you can do when the inventory isn't there for you to purchase. A week later I received an e-mail from Robin stating that the new estimated timeframe for my vehicle had been moved to the end of March. Upon hearing this I called Robin and he confirmed that was the new timeframe. The vehicle actually arrived shortly after the originally stated timeframe and the deal was closed, Jim Turner did a great job of going through the financing options and even sold me on additional items that I had installed before I left the dealership. The evening I brought my vehicle home I noticed that one of the lights on the running board wasn't working so I had a chance to experience the service side of the dealership the next day. Robin spoke with Alison and she and Corena made sure that I was taken care of upon arrival. There was a small mixup of what rental agency I was supposed to use while my car was repaired. Corena resolved the situation quickly and professionally. I picked up my car the next day. I do have some suggestions for future reference based upon my experience. 1. Even if you can't supply an in demand vehicle in the time that you thought originally continually communicate with the customer over that timeframe. The customer should not have to call you to get updates. 2. Verify the method of communication that is preferred by the customer. Modern technology is great but certain types of communication can appear impersonal. When I was advised of the revised delivery date it was in an e-mail. That type of news should be first delivered over the phone not through an e-mail. 3. The customer should not leave the dealership without their warranty or skylink information. I picked mine up after my service issue. While waiting I spoke with another customer who was picking up hers as well. These things were not enough to diminish the rating I am giving the dealership. I can tell very easily that the dealership is focused on customer service and takes it very seriously. Like any process there are things that can be improved upon and I have provided my suggestions based on my experience there. More
