However, overall, I was pretty unimpressed with my first Honda Fit experience and I made it known when I started looking for my new ride. When I lost my original car, back in 2014, my mother and I were struggling between new and used. We went used and two years later the car wasn’t doing so stellar and my warranties had expired. The whole experience left a sour taste and we had already decided to go new for the next one. I wasn’t going to go out and be able to pick whatever I wanted and, in the end, it would all come down to price. I spent two days at Brandon Honda. First day on the lot I met Eddie Guadalupe who kindly and patiently waded through my narrow options and finally helped me find a spiffy new cherry red Honda Fit! Most importantly was the financial side. Eddie, together with Troy and Julian Sherrod in finance, helped keep my monthly costs as low as possible considering the predicament the previous car had put me in. I feel very confident that I’ll be happy with my pretty red Fit for many years to come and that the Brandon Honda team did their very best to ensure I walked off the lot happy and well taken care of. Now I have had my best experience yet. Tony was friendly, personable, and not at all pushy. When I wanted a very specific vehicle model, trim package and model, he took the time to research all possible avenues and found a car for me. He was highly responsive. He knew my name and recognized me when my phone number popped up. I felt comfortable and felt he was genuine. When I had concerns or questions that were not related to the sale of the car, but how I would later use it, he researched by talking with experts and Internet. and called me with what he found immediately. I negotiated a good deal. When I had concerns after the sale Tony was still highly personable and went the extra mile to see my concerns were well addressed. I can't say enough about how well Tony handled the process from beginning to end. More
