Great internet sales experience Tony Townsend and Ron Wright made buying my new 2016 Honda Odyssey a fantastic experience. Time is very valuable to me and I don't have a lot of it. Tony Townsend and Ron Wright made buying my new 2016 Honda Odyssey a fantastic experience. Time is very valuable to me and I don't have a lot of it. I wanted to do all of the negotiations online and come in to test drive and pick up the car as quickly as possible. I began negotiating with Tony online and we came very close to the final number. Once I expressed what I was willing to pay, Tony had Ron give me a call and we worked out the final price in less than 5 minutes. I drove over to Brandon Honda at 3pm on a Saturday, which is a very busy time for the dealership. Tony was wrapping up selling another couple a vehicle and so I had to wait a few minutes (which was not a problem). Ron came out and met me face to face to thank me for my business and chat with me while we waited for Tony. He let us go on the test drive, which of course was perfect, and when we returned, Tony was done and ready for me to sign! I was in and out in barely over an hour even with the wait, which is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Bo Engel in finance isn't my favorite, but the finance I will go to Brandon Honda again and again (even though I live nearly an hour away) because of their excellent service.
