Repeat customer very impressed!!! My first baby was a 2005 Element, which i purchased new in another state. After moving to Florida in 2009, Brandon Honda has been the ONLY dealership My first baby was a 2005 Element, which i purchased new in another state. After moving to Florida in 2009, Brandon Honda has been the ONLY dealership I will deal with, and recommended it to others in my family. From the quality care and genuine friendliness of the service department, I was eventually persuaded to trade-in my Element in 2015 for a Pilot. Let me say, my Element was paid off and still running strong, so it took a LOT to show me the benefits of getting a newer vehicle. That's when I met Priscilla, in 2014. Yes, she knew me as a potential customer for well over 7 months before I was ready to let go of my Element. NEVER any pressure, NEVER any hints of being rushed to make a decision, which in my eyes proved to me that she cared about me, AS A PERSON, not as a commission check. Even though others tried, and failed, to get my business, Priscilla handles her clients with the utmost professionalism, and guided me into a 2015 Pilot. But, the story doesn't end there.....it's gets much, much better. Life has a way of changing your plans, and so, even though the 2015 Pilot was a great vehicle, ready to travel the road with me for many years to come, on July 9, 2016, I leaned on Priscilla's extensive Honda knowledge once again. She has always been upfront and honest about any type of trade I was considering, and the Pilot wasn't a good fit for me anymore. I didn't know what to do, but knew I had time left on my leased Pilot, and was just asking for a friend's opinion. Yes, a FRIEND, which is what Priscilla and others at Brandon Honda have treated me like since 2009. I left on Saturday with a "new-to-me" 2014 CR-V, and couldn't be happier!!! The relationships the stellar staff at Brandon Honda build with their customers is what Customer Service is all about. I will continue to recommend Brandon Honda to friends, family, strangers, etc because of the human connection they've shown me. GO to Brandon Honda, ask for Priscilla, and rest assured she will work tirelessly to get you the best deal, and the right car for you!!! Don Bitler in Finance was a dream to work with as well!!. He made the dreaded 'black hole of warranties and final payments' so easy and understandable. I spent a lot of time with him, asking questions, which he patiently explained as he too worked tirelessly to get me the best financing... never any pressure to add any services that were not for me, or my budget. He is a genuine person, and a joy to do business with! More

"Edit" Do not take your vehicle here for service "Edit" I have been contacted by the service department at Honda and we are in the process of dealing with all the issues that have been going on. So f "Edit" I have been contacted by the service department at Honda and we are in the process of dealing with all the issues that have been going on. So far so good things might be looking up. I purchased a vehicle here and they had replaced the clutch prior to me receiving it and after a few days i was inspecting under the car and found 2 main bolts that hold the transmission loose and about to fall out!....it gets better. The 4x4 shift linkage was also not connected, the shift boots very sliced with a knife instead of removing the shift knob and also i found the starter was missing one out of the two bolts that hold it on. All these issues correlate to the mechanics at brandon Honda, i would never get my car serviced at a place like this all the guy was doing it cutting corners toget the job done as soon as possible. I got the run around from the guys at service and al that was done was push me towards it could be this and that no one would stand up and admit fault for anything. This is what you would expect from a mom and pop car lot with shady mechanics, even when we had the car on the lift in the shop the mechanic that did the work could do nothing but point out other issues with the jeep other than what he had done. I also purchased the Skylink gps unit for the vehicle and was told it had been installed when we purchased the car and once we went to register the car there was no record of any units with that vin #.....so i call them and actually they never put on in. So i drive an hour to get it installed and I'm on my way. A few days later i go to test it and it registered nothing. So i called the guys up at Sky link and they said the install was faulty and i needed togo back to the dealer. So here i am having to drive yet another hour back to brandon Honda for there poor mechanics quality control. All it would have taken was a quick test to confirm the device was functioning properly. At the end of the day i would stray away from getting your car serviced at brandon Honda i experience both a very simple job and also a very large job and neither were completed properly. More

Everyone in the building was more then helpful. They even provided my mother in-law lunch as we patiently waited for paperwork. I highly recommend business with Brandon Honda but if you go you MUST ask for Captain Kirk! Bill Kirk is the name and friendly smile and honesty is his game. I couldn't help but to hug him before I left. Jim Turner was my finance officer who was a straight shooter and I really appreciated that. He was honest and very funny. Michael Cobb and Dan Jordy over saw my whole process and were very helpful. THANK YOU GUYS!! I LOVE MY NEW CRV!!!! More
