Even when I began to look at other dealers, Erickson kept calling me as cars would come in that he knew fit the picture of the car that I wanted. Finally, we found one that I knew was to perfect, but I had my eyes on another 'perfect' car at carmax. Erickson called me again and because of the consistency in kindness and desire to find me what I needed I knew that I only wanted to purchase my car from him. Although... the finance team made me feel pressured to buy their insurance when I already have my own. I understood their benefits, but being a first time car buyer I felt as if they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and I ended up putting a little more money down every month for something I may never need. I am hoping to have some time to stop that payment in the near future. More
