I brought my vehicle in to address a specific issue, and after four days in the shop, it was returned to me with an entirely new problem. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get a response from the s after four days in the shop, it was returned to me with an entirely new problem. I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me, and this lack of communication is extremely disappointing. This experience has been frustrating and has left me questioning the quality of service. More
