I walked into Brandon Honda feeling completely defeated after months of dealing with issues and recalls on my Ford. I was exhausted and honestly just ready for a solution. I spoke with GSM Justin about my situation before coming in, and from the moment I arrived, he greeted me like family. He connected me with salesman Eddie Guadalupe, and the whole experience shifted immediately. While Justin worked behind the scenes to make sure I got the best possible deal, Eddie helped me narrow down the perfect truck for me. We landed on a 2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL in Sonic Gray Pearl AWD, right in my price range and exactly where I needed to be on monthly payments. One thing that really stood out was that Eddie hand-washed the vehicle for delivery. He does this for every customer, and that extra touch made the whole experience feel even more special, like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I also really appreciated their finance team and how low-pressure the entire process was. They gave honest guidance on which warranties made the most sense and let me make the right decision without any pressure. I would absolutely give this experience a 10/10. I’d send anyone to Brandon Honda to work with both Eddie and Justin because they truly made the experience amazing. All in all, this was an incredible experience. More

I leased a brand new Honda Pilot Elite, end of May 2025 from NJ where I live. I am currently in Fla for the winter. My husband brought my car to Brandon Honda for an oil change, the day before my husband from NJ where I live. I am currently in Fla for the winter. My husband brought my car to Brandon Honda for an oil change, the day before my husband brought it there, a code was showing up. They told my husband that it was a rear differential code and that it was not covered. They charged my husband 170.00 dollars. The car is 10 months old and has 8,500 miles on it. This should have not been an issue. And if it was, it should be covered as I have bumper to bumper coverage on a brand new lease. This all took place on March 28th. I have been dealing with Honda customer service and getting nothing but the run around with them. I called my dealership in NJ today and they even told me something like that doesn't go till over 30,000 miles and I have full coverage. My husband also pointed that out to Brandon Honda when he was there, and they basically brushed him off. This is the first time I have leased with Honda, and I did it purely for all the recommendations of how good Honda is. This has definitely not what I would expect from Honda, or a way to keep a future customer. I have been advised to go to the BBB as well. It is upsetting that I even have to go this route. I would have liked to settle this a better way. We should have never been charged for this service, and to hear others say, we were scammed makes it even worse. More
