I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot at the end of 2020 and part of my deal was a 100,000 mile extended warranty. After servicing my vehicle at Brandon Honda several times, I was informed that the warranty th part of my deal was a 100,000 mile extended warranty. After servicing my vehicle at Brandon Honda several times, I was informed that the warranty that I thought I had purchased had been canceled a couple of days later. When I realized this, I spent hours and hours with the finance department and eventually was given a 100,000 mile warranty at that time, which should still be valid. I was informed while at the dealership yesterday that this warranty was never activated. Clearly several mistakes were made and I expect this to be fixed immediately, before involving my attorney.
