Picked up my truck this morning & they did do a fantastic job. It looks great. I also wanted to clear something up that when I reread my post it could be taken that Dave isn't good to deal with. This would be absolutely absurd. Dave goes the extra mile to keep in touch with his clients & he keeps you informed of what needs to be done & the progress of the work being preformed. He demonstrates professionalism all the time & is a very soft spoken, caring & a polite gentleman. Dave goes the extra mile & I really saw that this morning when a couple of possible issues presented themselves. He was very quick & professional in making sure they were taken care of & I was happy. I could tell that he really cares about whether or not I'd return to do business with him again. Kudos to Dave, a real asset to Brandon Ford's Collision Center! As far as the length of time it took to fix my truck, I can understand now after seeing the truck how assessing the damage, getting an insurance company to bend & allow them to purchase the parts needed, getting the parts, the painting, taking it apart & putting back together could take a while. Especially dealing with them cheap insurance companies! Seeing the finished product made me realize that the time spent on my truck was absolutely necessary because one shouldn't rush perfection & perfection was achieved. Dave doesn't make the hours of operation & I would hope that down the road Brandon Ford may cross train & allow someone on Saturdays to be able to assist clients in picking up their vehicles even if it's from 7:30 to noon.
