We came to Brandon Ford with every intention of leaving with a brand new car. We walked by about 4 sales reps standing around who did not offer to help or ask us if we needed anything. One man finally came up behind us and asked if we could help. After spending about 5 minutes with him (Tim) he told us he had to go help someone else and that Payton would help us. Good for Payton and good for us. We ended up getting our brand new car and I was very happy with Payton. The only thing I was not happy about was the length of time we were there. I picked out the car within about 15 minutes of being there and we still ended up being there for a little over 4 hours. More

Murphy's law Had a lube oil and filter service on my 2002 Thunderbird. Brandon Ford over filled the power steering and it leaked all the way home. Then they wanted $75.00 to tow it in and check it out. Hade it a local shop put it on the hoist and identify the problem and fix it. You would think Brandon Ford would have checked window on the side of the power steering reservoir to see that if it was over the fill mark. More
