Great Service I was never real big on Brandon Ford in the past. He helped me with my Focus, Our Ranger, and now on the Fusion, Robert Is the BEST thing to come to Brandon Ford. He and His team are GREAT. He takes the time to explain the repairs needed and he is very professiona,l He makes you feel welcome , He gives excellent service to his customers. every time. Thanks Robert .you are the BEST. More

Scott called me every day to keep me updated on the status, and Steve brought in the experts from Ford. They used their best equipment and minds to find and solve the problem. Great service even without an appointment I called Brandon Ford on Monday 08/25/14 and was told by Maria to bring in my vehicle the next day and to explain the issue I was having. I brought o I called Brandon Ford on Monday 08/25/14 and was told by Maria to bring in my vehicle the next day and to explain the issue I was having. I brought our 2014 Explorer back to Brandon Ford on Tuesday 08/26/14 at 8am or so and was assisted by Tracy Hysell the Service Advisor. I did not have an appointment but that didn't seem to matter as I explained to Tracy that our SYNC application was not working. Tracy immediately assisted me with the vehicle and it was fixed within an hour. I also pointed out that there was a problem with our keyless entry on the drivers side door and Tracy had that fixed as well as I left the vehicle (my option) and received a call at 3pm that the car was fixed. We were able to pick it up the next day. I could not be more happy with the service we received from Brandon Frod and I told Tracy that she did an outstanding job with assisting us with our new (Brandon Frod certified) vehicle. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me something, but that he was helping lead me to exactly what i want I worked with Lyle and he was great! The customer service was great and possibly the most relaxing car buying experience to date. Finance guy, I unfortunately forget his name, but he was also great and very informative! I have no complaints and left with my dream car in amazing condition! Thank you guys! More
