Typical dealership service dept. , see a woman & "easy money." Had to have my 2023 Honda Ridgeline towed Dec. 31, 2025, due to oil leak with just 16,156 miles. Apparently on Oct. , see a woman & "easy money." Had to have my 2023 Honda Ridgeline towed Dec. 31, 2025, due to oil leak with just 16,156 miles. Apparently on Oct. 14, 2025 when they did the oil change at 14,655 miles (& tire rotation), they "didn't clean out the filter mounting area," thus the leak. Granted I was not charged but inconvenienced, on a holiday, workday & across town. You would think, they would have done a new oil service or at least topped off the level, since it was their negligence. But no, they left my vehicle with the same 30% loss, if you do the mile math is impossible to have consumed. And, they even recommended an alignment, which if they see their Honda service record I had it done Oct. 1, 2025, with just 14,367 miles. This was bad service and tribble customer service, especially with a customer that only has 3-months left on their lease. So definitely not returning to Braman or AutoNation. More
