Very friendly and knowledgeable employee. Willing to pick me up at my home - 30+ miles away although this was eventually not necessary. Good follow up. Financing options fully explained. Re: price - I would me up at my home - 30+ miles away although this was eventually not necessary. Good follow up. Financing options fully explained. Re: price - I would have liked to see a detailed bill of sale/specification showing the base price plus the many options and their individual cost rather than just one total. We did go through it at the time but I did not get a screen print. Otherwise a first class experience. More

Since 1997 I have purchased a total of 6 BMWs from John Weltzien. I have had nothing but positive experiences with each vehicle and in my dealings with John. I have reached the point where my level of tr Weltzien. I have had nothing but positive experiences with each vehicle and in my dealings with John. I have reached the point where my level of trust and respect for John is so high that I simply call him when I am ready for my next purchase; tell him the vehicle that I want; and I know I will get the best price without having to visit the dealership or waste time squabling with other dealers (I live in Ft Myers which is a 2.5 hour drive from John in West Palm Beach). The vehicle is ready on the date and time promised with minimal time required to complete the necessary paperwork. John is honest, dependable, and delivers on his promises - plus is just a nice guy! The best testimony I can give is that as long as I am fortunate and able to purchase vehicles of the quality and luxury level of BMW, I will always do so from John. Paul Appolonia More
by far the service of braman bmw is the worst of any PLACE i have ever experienced in my life. the entire service staff is stuck up brats. words cannot describe how dumb they are. they are unbelievably PLACE i have ever experienced in my life. the entire service staff is stuck up brats. words cannot describe how dumb they are. they are unbelievably dumb they are incapable of following simple directions and do not listen to anything from anyone. this goes from the bottom to the top. every last one of them NEEDS to be fired. in complete contrast in service bmw of fort myers is the best service of any dealership. braman bmw service does not even listen to the north american headquarters when they correct them. please someone in power please do something about this. i am ashamed to live in west palm and own a bmw because of the disrespect the service shows. they are not helpful or kind in anyway. I bought a brand new, expensive car at Braman, WPB. I had none stop problems with this car since the purchase. Once the car was delivered, I was treated like dirt every time the car ended up at their lo had none stop problems with this car since the purchase. Once the car was delivered, I was treated like dirt every time the car ended up at their lot yet with another problem. (I was made to feel as if I was the real problem instead of the car)! I've owned many high end cars and never got this kind of treatment in anywhere! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership!!! More
I HAVE NEVER HAD AS AWEFUL AN EXPERIENCE IN TRYING TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR AS I DID WITH WILLIE ORTH AT BRAMAN BMW IN WEST PALM BEACH. IF YOU HAVE THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF MEETING WITH HIM WHEN YOU G PURCHASE A NEW CAR AS I DID WITH WILLIE ORTH AT BRAMAN BMW IN WEST PALM BEACH. IF YOU HAVE THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF MEETING WITH HIM WHEN YOU GO TO BUY A CAR -- RUN AND RUN FAST!!!! AT FIRST, WILLIE WAS A TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN -- SLIGHTLY AGGRESSIVE - BUT HELPFUL IN REVIEWING THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS AND TEST DRIVING THE CAR. WHEN IT CAME TO ACTUALLY CUTTING A DEAL, HOWEVER, HE BECAME A WHOLE OTHER MONSTER. I MADE THE MISTAKE -- AT LEAST ACCORDING TO WILLIE (I WOULD, HOWEVER, SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE TRYING TO BUY A NEW CAR, EXCEPT MAY IF YOU'RE DEALING WITH WILLIE)-- OF SHOPPING AROUND TO GET THE BEST PRICE. AT FIRST, WILLIE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT BRAMAN BMW WAS THE ONLY "HONEST" (HA!) DEALER SELLING BMW'S, AND THAT ANYONE ELSE THAT I SPOKE WITH WOULD LIE TO ME JUST TO GET ME IN THE DOOR, AND THEN WOULDN'T DELIVER. WHEN I ACTUALLY DIDN'T LISTEN TO HIM AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELSE, AT FIRST HE CHALLENGED ME TO GO VISIT THEM (AND WHEN I SAID I HAD NO INTERESTED IN DOING THAT), HE INSISTED THAT I GET THE OTHER DEALER'S OFFER "IN WRITING" BECAUSE OTHERWISE HE WOULDN'T TALK TO ME ABOUT THEIR PRICES. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IT ONLY GETS WORSE..... I NEGOTIATED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE TWO DEALERSHIPS, WITH WILLIE CONTINUALLY TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT I COULDN'T RELY UPON WHAT THE OTHER DEALER WAS OFFERING. FINALLY, I APPARENTLY GOT TO A PRICE THAT WILLIE WOULD NOT MEET -- BUT HE WASN'T MAN ENOUGH TO SAY SO. RATHER, WILLIE OFFERED ME A PRICE THAT HE HAD NO INTENTION OF HONORING, JUST TO GET ME TO GO BACK TO THE OTHER DEALER AND EITHER SCREW-UP MY OFFER OR SCREW-OVER THE DEALER. WHEN I CALLED WILLIE AND TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD TAKE HIS OFFER, HE TOLD ME "NO -- I CAN'T SELL YOU THE CAR AT THAT PRICE. I JUST QUOTED THE PRICE TO YOU TO SCREW OVER THE OTHER DEALER" (NOT TO MENTION POSSIBLY ME)! AS A RESULT OF THIS DISCUSSION, MY CONVERSATIONS WITH WILLIE AND BRAMAN BMW CAME TO A CLOSE. FYI -- THE OTHER DEALER, COGGIN BMW OF FORT PIERCE, FL, NOT ONLY DELIVERED ON THE DEAL THAT THEY OFFERED, BUT THREW IN A BUNCH OF OTHER SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL OPTIONS THAT BRAMAN WOULDN'T OFFER REGARDLESS OF PRICE -- INCLUDING "VALET SERVICE" FOR ALL FUTURE SERVICE ON MY CAR. MOREOVER, THE SALESMAN FROM WHO I EVENTUALLY PURCHASED THE CAR AT COGGIN BMW -- RONNIE MCFARLAND -- WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND ENJOYABLE. I MANAGED TO BUY MY NEW CAR OVER THE PHONE/INTERNET, MAKING MY ONLY TRIP TO FORT PIERCE TO ACTUALLY PICK UP THE CAR. I WOULDN'T GO BACK TO BRAMAN BMW -- OR WILLIE ORTH -- IF HE WAS THE ONLY CAR DEALER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH -- I THINK I WOULD RATHER WALK! JEFFREY S. GELLER More

About a year later, the battery needed charging and I had plenty of time as I was warned via the on screen window about low battery charge. I charged the battery via the trickle charger and called Service; Eduardo got me into service the next day and they replaced my battery, washed and cleaned my vehicle. I should mention that I only have 10,500 miles on my vehicle after 3+ years of ownership and perhaps driving more often might have extended the battery life. More
Our overall buying experience was completely soured by TJ Grabell who clearly took advantage of us as it pertains to the financing of the car. Specifically, TJ first told us that based on our credit, he c Grabell who clearly took advantage of us as it pertains to the financing of the car. Specifically, TJ first told us that based on our credit, he could secure financing at a rate of 4.9%. We thought that was great as we had already obtained quotes outside of Braman for the same amount and we can wrap things up same day rather than have to come back. He then told us that he can get us a better rate, however we have to build into the price of the car the purchase of nitrogen for the tires and dent protection - a total of $599 - and that despite the increased cost, the reduction in rate would leave the payments the SAME! That was a lie. We took his word for it at the time, however, we should have realized something didn't smell right when with over a 700 credit score, we can only get more attractive financing subject to purchasing an unneeded service, the benefit of which we may never realize. Shame on us for believing an auto finance manager. After going home and having the opportunity to recalulate the difference between what the payments would have been at the higher rate without the addtional charges versus the lower rate with the charges, the difference amounts to $565 over the life of the loan to the dealer's benefit. Again, shame on us. Price without Nitro/Dent Protection: $20,633.53. Interest rate 4.9%. Payments over 60 months - $388.44 Price WITH Nitro/Dent Protection: $21,266.41. Interest rate 4.56% . Payments over 60 months - $397.85 Frankly, it's less about the $9.41 per month additional we have to pay than it is the principal of the situation. We didn't need Braman to arrange the financing. We had alternate financing at comparable rates arranged outside of Braman and TJ knew that. I'm still not fully convinced that the lower interest rate of 4.56% wasn't available to us even if we didn't "buy the extras", which would then have been a savings of over $750 over the life of the loan. Further, if we absolutely had to, we could have easily paid cash, IN FULL, for the car. It comes down to one word - respect. What we don't appreciate is being lied to, being sold things we don't need, nor want, being told "it's free" and that it doesn't cost us anything, when in fact it does and the dealer profits not once by selling the car to us, not twice by arranging the financing, but THREE TIMES for selling us something that we are told won't cost us anything extra when clearly it does.
