After my deal was all signed and sealed with a great price and the car was detailed and ready to go Willie sensed that I was not thrilled with the interior color of my brand new BMW. I had told him the color didn’t matter, but he decided to listen to more than what I was saying. He observed my demeanor and just knew that although I loved my new BMW, I didn’t L-O-V-E it. Willie spoke with me and wouldn’t except anything but me being 100% satisfied and happy. Willie was great and I ended up picking out a new color, which meant….yes the paperwork had to be re-written and the car detailed but I left 110% satisfied and I L-O-V-E my car!!! More
