My Husband and I went to just check out some cars ans someone introduced us to Jorge Mundo. It was a busy day at the dealer ship and Jorge took the time to give us a tour and listened to what we had to s someone introduced us to Jorge Mundo. The next day, he called us first thing in the morning and we made appointment at 2pm. We went back to the dealership he was waiting just for us to go over and to try some cars. I had a trade in 370 Z nissan that was two small for a couple to make their only car. so he showed us some options around our budget but at the end of the day we couldn't finilize the deal. He was still pleasant and asked us to call him and stop by if we changed our mind. I was looking for something in my budget and also very specific about the color of the car inside and out. The next day he called us again with the right car, in our budget and also the color that I wanted. He even sold us some extra waranty and even suggested insurances for us. I would refer all family memebers and friends to Jorge Mundo anytime. He's such a pleasant and very professional person to work with. And We are enjoying out new BMW :)) More

This was by far the worst experience at a dealer that I've ever had. Kelly, the salesman, was the pushiest, most quintessential salesman I've ever come across. He didn't listen to a word we said, put us in a car we didn't ask to see, pretty much forced us to take a test drive we didn't ask to take, dragged us into the showroom to negotiate to buy this car we didn't want, and would not listen when we told him at least 5 times we didn't want to buy any car today (that we were just looking), let alone the car he put us in. It was unreal. We felt like we were trapped, and we couldn't leave. He was condescending to me as a woman, calling me "sweetheart" and speaking to me like I was disabled...even though I'm a lawyer. He continually bashed Toyotas and other "lowly" cars, even though he saw us drive up in an Avalon. I mean, he made me never ever want to set foot in a BMW dealership ever again. Stay far away from this dealer (they are also overpriced) and far far away from Kelly. More
