I started by doing research on the internet for a Preowned M8 convertible..I found one online at Braman Bmw WPB. I called to inquire about the car and I was quickly connected to a client advisor, actually the first advisor was fairly new, so senior advisor took over. I explained that I lived out of state(NY) and was looking to trade in my 2019 M5 comp. After a couple of phone calls, videos, emails, texts, etc..we finally agreed on a price for the preowned m8 and my trade..all good..so far. I shipped my car down first and then a day later my new car was picked up and on its way back to me in NY. My car arrived in NY to me on 5/29, Wednesday. It was a late delivery and I was still at work at around 8:30pm. The next day as I was looking over the car, I noticed a couple of issues in the interior of the car. The first issue was the Center AC vent Louver, one of them was broke and loose. The second issue was the back of the armrest, full merino leather, mind you, was "popped off" and hanging off the center armrest. I tried to push it back in with the clip, but the clip was broken. The piece of leather was also bent and the clip on the back of the arm rest was broke(I have all pics). I immediately called the client advisor at braman, who had sold me the car and explained what happened and it was agreed that I would bring in the car for service, at my dealership in NY. When I explained what happened, he said to me I dont recall and dont know how they missed those issues...and mind you, the car is a CERTIFED PREOWNED and has a FACTORY WARRANTY, which is due to expire in may of 2025. I told him that I made an appointment for 6/4, at my local dealership. The morning of the appointment, I met with the service advisor and I gave him the list of issues with my "New Preowned Certified Still factory warranty", car. I showed him the issues and he noted it for the tech to look them over and advise. I was also told by my service advisor, that certain fluids needed to be changed, as per CBD DATA. I said ok and left the dealer. Two days later, I recieved a phone call from my service advisor saying that all the regular maintenance was done but there was a problem with the replacement of the ac vent and back armrest. He said, that both parts looked to have been broken or abused, and we cant warranty the claim. I said what??? Well I didn't do it, it came like that from the selling dealership. The advisor went on saying that unfortunately, we cant warranty the parts, so I would have to pay out of pocket $3000.00! It took me about 5 minutes to reflect on what he just told me. I immediately called the advisor at braman and explained what had happened. I sent him all the pics of the interior broken pieces and the invoice for $3000. He said, let me do some research here and I will get back to you. I thought to myself, okay it was acknowledged that there was an issue and he would take it to the next level to find out what to do next. In the interim, I decided to open a case with BMW CR. I explained the situation, sent then all pics from before the car left the dealership, when I got it and while its at the dealership (which its still at the dealership as of todays review). They know the car was sold as a CPO and questioned how the car left with those pieces non functioning or broken. I explained again, that I didn't know and I didn't do it. To make a long story short, yesterday the client advisor called and said he talked to upper management and they are willing to reimburse me $1000.00. I told the salesman thats unacceptable and they should cover ALL of the cost of the repairs. It was there problem that they did not do there job, not to do a thorough inspection of the car. Why should I have to pay 3k for something that was done at the selling dealership and have a CPO warranty to boot! Yesterday, I spoke to BMW CR and they have escalated the case. I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't do. I will update this review, pending the final outcome. More
I just purchased a 2025 BMW X5 xdrive 40i from Braman BMW. She couldn’t have been more helpful in this process or more pleasant to work with. Additionally, the sales manager, Adrianna Carelli, helped so much in making a deal that was mutually beneficial. Also, just a pleasure to work with before and after the sale like Rose. When I picked up the X5, I was assisted by BMW Genius, Kasin. I had read the entire manual and watched many YouTube videos to be ready to set the electronics up myself, but Kasin just zipped through the options and made the process so easy. It is so good to know that he will be available if I have a future issue or question. Buying a car from the right dealer is probably more important than finding a better price. The purchase process is relatively quick, but I am confident that the Braman team will take great care of me through the whole ownership process. I am so glad I chose Braman for my new car. More
Andrea Bonato was welcoming and friendly the minute I met her. She was open to hear my vehicle needs then immediately show me the car I was interested in plus share additional inventory in the same category her. The sale transaction was probably the smoothest ever experienced buying a car. The best part was the response to my concern about the car after I drove it home. I went back to the dealer and Andrea with her boss Kamron did not hesitate to greet me and help address the issue. Without delay, the asked for me keys and they had a plan to service the vehicle. Service went another step further by offering me a ride or rental car to get home! As I’m in the service industry myself, I was very impressed with experience overall! Great job and I’m looking forward to a future car purchase from Andrea, Kamron and Braman BMW. More

On 1/14/23 I purchased a new 530e hybrid. My salesperson, the sales manager and the finance manager all told me that the car qualified for $7500 EV tax credit. The vehicle does not qualify. After three phone calls I finally reached Mr. Patel who spoke to me in a condescending manner to say the least. One of his unpleasant comments was that most of Braman’s customers make too much money to qualify for the tax credit anyway. In the last eighteen months I purchased two brand new cars for all cash from Braman! Don’t make the mistake I did. Stay away from this dealer! More
