I had been using a different dealership for decades. When I didn’t receive a timely response from them (days), I called Robert Chae at BMW in West Palm Beach. They not only found me EXACTLY what I wanted, they gave me a lease payment To couldn’t refuse. I picked up my car the next day. I saved $60 on my payment compared to my previous dealership. That’s over $2300. AND… the car came with upgrade Sport Package, and Premium Package, upgraded tires…and so much more. My previous dealership offered me NOTHING EXTRA PLUS A BIGGER PAYMENT. Maybe because I’m a 73 year old lady they thought they could take advantage of me..but I grew up in Detroit! We love our cars! Robert…and everyone else including Alex, treated me like Royalty.
