I was an out-of-town buyer and drove four hours to purchase the car. From my very first phone call with Chris to the moment I drove away, the entire process could not have been smoother. Chris was incredibly upfront, honest, and easy to work with. There were zero surprises and zero last-minute price changes when I arrived. Everything we discussed over the phone—from the purchase price to the value of my trade—was exactly as promised. He got me everything I wanted, including a factory warranty, and his communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. I never once felt pressured or like I was being “sold” something. Even better, after driving four hours to get there, Chris had everything ready. I traded in my car, completed the paperwork, and was driving away in my new car within an hour. Thank you, Chris, for making what I normally consider a miserable process an incredibly easy one.
