Went for computer problem. End up having to get battery replaced and computer updated. Was there for almost 7 hours, computer kept crashing. Shouldn’t have taken that long. Then the extended warranty that you guys said to buy and would cover things like this, ended being it doesn’t cover it. One up on you! So frustrating! Our salesperson, Matt was very knowledgeable about the specifics of our vehicle, how it compared to other trim levels and how it compared to other full size suv brands. He was not at all pushy, just avail specifics of our vehicle, how it compared to other trim levels and how it compared to other full size suv brands. I can definitely be a difficult customer as I thoroughly research specs, comparisons and various costs for each addition or trim package. I have a lot of questions, I mean it's a huge purchase. He was great and very patient with us! Now for the painful part #1- the numbers.... it was not at all painful for us. We told him what we wanted to make it work for us, it was realistic, and he made it happen. Now on to painful part #2- the finance department... we met with Daniel. It was absolutely the EASIEST, FASTEST and most PLEASANT experience I've ever had in any finance department! He did not try to bully us into purchasing crap that was completely unnecessary (like GAP insurance). He simply laid out what they offer for extended warranty and other options, why certain ones may or may not benefit us and the associated costs. We said no on most everything and we DIDN'T then spend the next 30 minutes arguing back and forth just defending our decision. He had us in and out of there in less than 15 minutes which is a record for us! Overall, we were very impressed with the entire process. Anyone in Colorado looking for a Chevy needs to go to Bozarth in Lone Tree and ask for Matt and Daniel if they like a pain free car buying experience. 👍 More

Walked out!!! Tried in vain to come to a deal on a used car. We then spoke to the general manager, Samatha, and she was not the least bit concerned about the apparent lies of her staff. It got worse from there when she said the price we negotiated was not approved. She did not try to appease us. We walked out & will never be back. DO NOT give this dealer your business. We would give ZERO stars. More
