First, if you look at the last picture, on 10/21 it was 9m 33s on hold before I decided to hang up trying to reach your service center. Second call I got through about 3 min. Today- I received at call just before noon that my truck was ready. I attempted to call your shuttle, but it went to VM, so I left a message. It said if you don't get a call back by 10 min call the service center. After 15 min,(see picture on HOLD) I attempted the service center multiple times, I was asked if I want to leave a message, I told her I wanted to speak to the service manager Jeremy. He was able to get a hold of the shuttle guy, apparently he was on the phone. I picked up my truck and got the heck out of there. Driving down the road, I wanted to make sure they reset my "oil life", they did, I also had a tire rotation and balance. Then I noticed my tire pressure at 75 psi rear and 68 psi front! My tires are only rated for 65 psi.(see picture) I am sure you can verify my facts via OnStar. I immediately pulled over, and let the air out. I then looked at the service work and says they set it at 60 front/70 rear. Regardless it's in writing that too much psi was added to the tires. This is a $62,000 RMT edition truck, and I don't expect the service or incompetence from your facility. Jeremy has yet to call me back More

I was talked into buying the truck and was very happy about it, I was finally able to live the lifestyle I wanted. Yet to find out the one I test drove was not the one they gave me, so when I said something about it they were very nice and were going to switch the truck out for the one I wanted. Well the truck they first gave me was there it was in for service due to some recalls. Well in for service I was approached by the finance lady who did my deal. She says there is no way I can get you deal approved and your car is waiting for you your belongs will be brought up from the truck. I tried to tell her that there were some additional rebates that were left out and my income was more than originally stated and I had more money down but she would not hear it and she just walked away. When they gave me my car back it had less gas in it then when I gave it to them it was clean when i gave it to them in got it back dirty and stickers all over the windows and window tint. they dropped my sunglasses from the truck they would not let me get my own stuff from. the way the whole thing was handled was not nice at all. the sales experience was not professional at all. I feel there is way more that they could have done but got the feeling my business was not good enough for them. I am upset they got my hopes up told me this was a done deal that GM would pick me up again no issue because of my good payment history. More

I brought with me a 99 Mercedes S500 fully loaded but soon relized that this vehicle was not the optimal vehicle for my family and I here in Colorado. Starting a new job I was eager to go by a Chevy dealership and view there new truck line, as I had never owned a Chevy but wanted a new Chevy truck for awhile. This is always the part of finding a new vehicle at a good price that everyone hates, going into a random dealer and being attacked or pressured into a situation that your not comfortable with. Well I can tell you this the first dealer I saw Ed Bozarth,s Chevrolet at Park Meadows was the right one, and man was I blown away by my overall experience. The owner Ed is a man of great integrity and makes sure that the customers experience and satisfaction are of the highest concern. The Sales Manager Manuel Banderas aka Manny is one of a kind, and went out of his way for me many times not just during the sale but after as well. He was very interested in getting me the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price and I love my new truck because of Manny. I have told many people of my experience and will never go anywhere else for any of my Chevrolet needs, and will soon be buying another vehicle for my wife after the first of the year. Listen I just have to say one thing, that if you want a honest and fair team that is devoted to working towards your needs and desires instead of there own, and a team that is honest and friendly look no further, go see Manny at Ed Bozarth's Chevrolet at Park Meadows get the experience and deal you deserve... Thanks Rob..! More

It is not too often that one finds people willing to work with invividuals on solutions that are complicated and time consuming. Because of their efforts I am able to feel secure in my purchase and comfortable with the options given, considering my circumstances. I will be certain to let people know. And as I said above, I will never forget. More
This review may be more geared towards GMS shoppers. Price haggling isn't really an issue with Family First transactions at GM dealerships. You pay some set cost below the MSRP (GMS Price), minus the E Price haggling isn't really an issue with Family First transactions at GM dealerships. You pay some set cost below the MSRP (GMS Price), minus the EVA, Rebate, and USAA discounts (in my case)...and only $75 in dealer handling.....so the price is the price and the dealership has no real room to negotiate. The reason I rate Price a 5 is that they were able to offer a 2.79% 72 month term through ALLY (Manny), beating my pre-approved USAA loan at 3.49%. This saved me $900 if I let the loan go the full term. For Customer Service, Friendliness and Experience, Justin and Bozarth easily rate a 5 since they stick to basic principles; no pressure, listen to the customer, honesty, and timely, precise communication. Other intangibles: 1. We borrowed an Equinox to test drive to lunch. Nice gesture since my wife's interest in an Equinox was luke-warm at best. 2. Since it was raining, Justin let me pull into the maintenance bay (after hours) to transfer my personal items from my trade-in to the new Avalanche. 3. Even the trade-in process was fair. I checked the NADA.com website and priced an average value of $15300. $15000 was offered with a full description of why. I could have maybe pulled $17500 on AutoTrader, but figure the sales tax cut of about $1000 on the new vehicle, and the rational for maybe getting $1500 more by haggling with a guy off of the street seems weak. Basically, a fair and easy process on the trade-in. 4. They evaluated my trade-in with a dog in the car. 5. Free chair. More
The Ed Bozarth team made it possible for me to trade in my car and get into a brand new 2012 Cruze. The feeling of having reliable transportation is priceless. I appreciate the time and effort spent by Justin Christensen and Manny Banderas. They educated me through the buying process. They were patient in letting me make the most informed purchase decision. I will definitely recommend Ed Bozarth to my friends and family and plan to do business with them in the future. More
I went to this dealer not knowing what I wanted to buy. Jack approached us and I test drove one car- the first test drive that I had driven. I said that I would like to test drive another car just to see Jack approached us and I test drove one car- the first test drive that I had driven. I said that I would like to test drive another car just to see the difference. Jack said, "we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today." How do you know that I am not going to buy today? I was so unimpressed. He then began to tell about all the jobs that he has had in the past and all the awards that he has won, almost like he was bragging. He was so pushy and seemed dishonest, willing to do anything thing to make a quick sale. I would never go back to this dealer, they were horrible. Why go somewhere when they won't even treat you like a customer who wants to buy? By the way Jack, if you are reading this, later that night I did buy a car that I love. Don't ever tell a customer that we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today. Don't go to this dealer, they won't treat you like a real customer More
