The Ed Bozarth team made it possible for me to trade in my car and get into a brand new 2012 Cruze. The feeling of having reliable transportation is priceless. I appreciate the time and effort spent by my car and get into a brand new 2012 Cruze. The feeling of having reliable transportation is priceless. I appreciate the time and effort spent by Justin Christensen and Manny Banderas. They educated me through the buying process. They were patient in letting me make the most informed purchase decision. I will definitely recommend Ed Bozarth to my friends and family and plan to do business with them in the future. More
I went to this dealer not knowing what I wanted to buy. Jack approached us and I test drove one car- the first test drive that I had driven. I said that I would like to test drive another car just to see Jack approached us and I test drove one car- the first test drive that I had driven. I said that I would like to test drive another car just to see the difference. Jack said, "we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today." How do you know that I am not going to buy today? I was so unimpressed. He then began to tell about all the jobs that he has had in the past and all the awards that he has won, almost like he was bragging. He was so pushy and seemed dishonest, willing to do anything thing to make a quick sale. I would never go back to this dealer, they were horrible. Why go somewhere when they won't even treat you like a customer who wants to buy? By the way Jack, if you are reading this, later that night I did buy a car that I love. Don't ever tell a customer that we need to hurry because I need to get back to customers who actually want to buy today. Don't go to this dealer, they won't treat you like a real customer More
Before I wrote this review I looked at the other reviews on this site. The 2 reviews that were poor completely astonished me. Justin, Manny and Darren were the best people I have ever worked with on a car on this site. The 2 reviews that were poor completely astonished me. Justin, Manny and Darren were the best people I have ever worked with on a car deal, and thats says a lot because I have worked with many dealerships over the years. It started with me emailing the dealership for a price on a new Tahoe. I received a prompt response from Justin via EMAIL, just as I asked, with their price. I had contacted about 5 other dealers and Ed Bozarth's price was the best by a good margin. About a week later I was in South Denver for a meeting and went by to drive the Tahoe and discuss with Justin. He was in a meeting but another salesperson took me for a drive. After the drive I talked to Manny and went over the pricing they had offered. I had them evaluate my trade as well. After getting all of the information I went to my meeting not planning to finish the deal. They did not pressure me, simply told me to let them know what else they could do to seal the deal. After my meeting I decided to go back and give them a number that was slightly better than they were offering to see if they wanted to really do a deal that day. After they discussed it for about 5-10 minutes they came back with a slightly different deal, but still far better than any other offer I had received. Within about 45 minutes I was driving home in my new Tahoe and was a very satisfied customer. Not only do I have a great vehicle, but I had and outstanding buying experience and know that I received a great deal. My advice is to go see Justin, Manny and Darren and let them make you a satisfied customer as well. And please know that I very rarely submit reviews, especially good ones. These gentlemen, however, deserve to have their efforts known. More
This past Saturday, my fiance and I went to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in Lone Tree to look at Tahoes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman but explained that I had previously communicated with a salesman Chevrolet in Lone Tree to look at Tahoes. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a salesman but explained that I had previously communicated with a salesman over the internet named Jack. When Jack met with us, I explained that we were still in the market for a Tahoe and that we were hoping to wrap up the process prior to leaving for vacation in a few weeks. After looking around, and eventually driving one, my fiance and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Although I felt cautious about volunteering information about what I was willing to pay, Jack seemed honest and forthright about giving me information on what I could expect to pay for a Tahoe. Nothing specific, just generalizations. Kind of a feeling out process, I think. Eventually, my fiance and I followed Jack into the dealership and set down. Admittedly, this is the part I was most worried about. Although I wasn't really sure what to expect, I had visions of arguing with the salesman about what kind of deal they could give me. My concerns were a result of trying to buy a used car from a different dealership (Dodge) two years prior. However, I was completely taken off guard by the non-threatening, easy going approach Jack took. He was extremely friendly and made the process very easy. At one point. Jack told us that he was concerned we weren't ready to buy a vehicle and even recommended we take some time to think about it, that we wanted us to want the Tahoe. I commented that of course we want the Tahoe, but aren't sure this is the right time. Jack said he didn't want to pressure us into purchasing anything, and that when we were ready, we could come back and visit him anytime. Being the poker player I was, I tried to call his bluff and quickly stood up. I thought that by leaving, I may get a lower price or better deal, maybe a final, final number. My fiance seemed quite surprised by this as we had already secretly agreed to purchase the vehicle. I thought her facial expression may have blown my bluff, but fortunately, Jack was then focused on me. I explained to him that I did need more time to think about it and that we may come back another day. Again, surprisingly, Jack was very nice about everything and said that he understands, that this is a big purchase, and that he would be happy to meet with us whenever we do feel ready. Whats more, on our way out, I was greeted by a man named Jeremy who introduced himself as the manager. He explained that if Jack was ever unavailable, he would be happy to personally assist us in finding the perfect vehicle and walking us through the process. My fiance and I were pleasantly surprised with Jeremy's friendly demeanor and agreed to contact him if we had any problems. As we got into the car, my fiance seemed flustered and accused me of stall tactics. She was frustrated that we couldn't just get this over with and believed that Jack and Jeremy were sincere about giving us a good deal. At this point, I felt like we needed to leave since I'd already committed to "needing more time." So she and I went down the street to Chic-Fil-A and had lunch. As we set there, we both discussed how surprised we were about how good we felt about the car buying experience, and we hadn't even purchased anything. It's not that we thought their employees would be mean or rude, we just expected something different. Maybe just the thought of dealing with a car salesman had us in a negative mindset when we went in. But, after seeing the dealership and speaking with Jack and Jeremy, we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and everyone was very professional. During our lunch, my fiance was pressuring me to go back and buy the Tahoe, so we drove back about 45 minutes later to meet with Jack. When we walked in, we were told that Jack was on the telephone, but Jeremy came over and began to assist us. I was surprised with how patient he was and willing to listen to all of our concerns. He got us a drink and even began getting everything ready until Jack finished. Ultimately, my fiance and I purchased a new Tahoe and we love it. Well, she loves it because she drives it. Anyway, she and I both felt obligated to do something more to spread the word about Jack and Jeremy since they treated us so well. I'm VERY pleased with the low-pressure sales approach Jack took and the way Jeremy made us feel regarding any future needs we may have. And although I don't recall the finance guy's name I dealt with, he was great too. Overall, I hope that somebody reads this review and chooses to go visit Ed Bozart Chevrolet. It just seems rare to meet good people who are in a business to make money, yet willing to do anything they can to help you, up to and including waiting patiently for us to make a decision. They friendly way we were treated after initially declining to buy the Tahoe was a testament to the character of both Jack and Jeromie. We are really, really happy and look forward to dealing with them again in the future when I upgrade my Z-71. More
The Internet Manager basically wasted my time on a Saturday afternoon, the IM was unable to complete the sale Saturday before they closed and told me he would call me Monday morning after he spoke wit Saturday afternoon, the IM was unable to complete the sale Saturday before they closed and told me he would call me Monday morning after he spoke with his manager. I live pretty far away and told him I didn't want to come back down unless he could give me some solid numbers. He was insistent that he could get me into the car I wanted that night and I agreed to drive close to 20 miles to meet with him again. Bad Idea, He ended up giving me $20 cash to basically go away, because I waited all morning on the next Monday for Justin to call me and I finally called him. He then told me he was going to run the numbers again and call me back. He never called me back. But he did leave me a Voice Mail indicating that he was really busy today and helping other customers! On my way out to the dealership late Monday afternoon, I stopped at another chevy dealership and was able to purchase the car I wanted. I was appauld at how I was treated by this person and how he operated the entire time. They lost my business forever. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
I have searched high and low for a place to buy a new car. Everywhere I went salespeople have tried to show me cars that they wanted me to buy or would show me what they thought I could afford before I c car. Everywhere I went salespeople have tried to show me cars that they wanted me to buy or would show me what they thought I could afford before I could even tell them what II wanted. after trying many places I almost gave up. I finally ended up at Ed Bozarth where I was helped by a gentleman named Steve. Steve was very friendly and asked what I was looking for. I explained to him that I already had my own financing and that I was just looking for the right car. He then asked what type of car I was interested in and then had me list a top 3 list of possible cars that I would purchase. After doing this he searched his inventory to see if he had a car that I wanted that was within my price range. He didn't. However he said he would do his best to find one that I would want to buy. After waiting a few days he called me and told me he had found something on another lot that he thought I would like and that I should come down and look at. I did so and ended up buying the car. He did a great job taking into consideration what I wanted and finding just the right car. he took the stress out of looking for me and made the process so simple. I would highly recommend Ed Bozarth to family and friends and I wil continue to take my business there as I had an overwhelmingly great experience. More
Mr. Bozarth, While I am certain you individually Mr. Bozarth, While I am certain you individually would not sully your hands with the little people, I am bringing my concern to your attention. M Mr. Bozarth, While I am certain you individually would not sully your hands with the little people, I am bringing my concern to your attention. My wife and I trade vehicles often, and we must simply be too hard to please. We have tried dealerships all over the state, moving further from home each time in an effort simply to obtain just a little service. We don't ask much, simply order what we order, deliver it as we ordered it and we will pay accordingly. I recall buying my first car from your shop over in Aurora in the summer of 1989 and it is what brought my wife and I into your Park Meadows shop in the first place. I will never forget Clarence or the service I got in that first deal. I will also, though not in quite the same regard, never forget this most current transaction. My wife came in to order a car and met disastrous results. Your shop is wrought with misogyny. She was treated as a second-class woman who clearly had no idea what she wanted. After an inordinate amount of time the vehicle was delivered, not as ordered, conveniently. We were told to take it as is and Ed Bozarth will make it right. Wrong again. She has been back twice and told she needs to come again some other time. How you don't find yourself in court regularly is beyond me. We did not haggle price; we only expect to be treated as we treat others. Due to the nature of our trade, Ed Bozarth ended up owing us money on the deal. After four weeks I am still waiting for my money. Your business is no better than a common thief stealing from an elderly woman. I expect the money you owe us immediately. I expect to be made whole immediately. I expect for employees of Ed Bozarth, like Manny Banderas, to discontinue the lies. I expect you, Mr. Bozarth, are a little too good to reply to a common person like me, but I am guessing you are bright enough to realize I will tell anyone who asks what my experience was like. I will tell people how my wife was treated like less than she is. I will tell people there is no way in good conscience I would ever trust Ed Bozarth with my money or my time as they simply have no business ethics. I will, when I am asked, tell people I made a monumental error in trusting Ed Bozarth could deliver a vehicle as my wife ordered it in a reasonable amount of time and without mistakes. Very unhappy and, as I am certain you are aware, a former customer, Christopher Sittler... sittlerc@msn.com 719-850-1542 - Cell More
After 2 consecutive horrible experiences with the dealer where I purchased a new 07 Suburban, I decided to give the Lone Tree / Park Meadows Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a try. The difference is like night and where I purchased a new 07 Suburban, I decided to give the Lone Tree / Park Meadows Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a try. The difference is like night and day. For 3 years running, the service department at Ed Bozarth has been absolutely the best in every way. Great service, great listening, great effort, very honest and the always advise with my best interest in mind. I've been a customer at many car dealer service departments for many makes and dealers over the past 35 years and nobody else is even in the same league as these guys! I wish my wife had a Chevy so I could take it there for service too. I'm spoiled. More
