Bozard Ford also offered a wide range of extended warranties and Terry explained all the options available to me while giving me a plan that best suited my personal situation. We were impressed...phoned him three days later and eventually worked out a deal on a new Edge. Process was not rushed, not pressured, candid conversations. Price was very competitive so we bought. Finance Assistant Manager AJ followed up with again a no pressure explanation about extended warranties, etc. This is no "boiler room" operation. Dealership has a very modern service area, attractive waiting room area for service versus others in the JAX area. We also own a Lexus and would say that the buying experience was on a par with a luxury dealership. Well Done Bozard and Bruce Gailbraith! More
