Our car buying experience was very pleasant and professional. We came in on Sat, Dec 24th thinking about buying a car; but not 100% committed. He took the extra steps to personally remove decals we had on the vehicle and put them intact as possible on a piece of paper so we could turn them in for new ones. We came back to the Bozard dealership a few days later to ask a some additional questions on the vehicle features and again he took time to make sure we left with all of our questions answered.
