The day I purchased my vehicle from Bozard Ford I was driving a 2000 F150 Sport with over 200,000 miles. Needless to say I had to have a new vehicle and fast. I was greeted by Mr. Arnold when I arrived driving a 2000 F150 Sport with over 200,000 miles. Needless to say I had to have a new vehicle and fast. I was greeted by Mr. Arnold when I arrived and he began to show me trucks in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford lineup. He informed me about all of the improvements to the F-Series since 00'. The test drive was a very comfortable experience. I was very interested in buying the truck after the test drive but the numbers had to be right. This is where Chris Dame (New Vehicle Manager) came in. He made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to fully explain my situation and he went to work on making a deal that I could feel good about. Well I have been driving a 2010 F150 since that day and would not change anything about the experience. These two guys made it happen for me and I am so thankful for all of their hard work and the comfortable atmosphere they were able to create while all of the details were worked out. Also the financial guy that goes by the name of AJ I believe, (I cannot remember his last name) was very quick and simple with all of the paperwork. This made finalizing everything as smooth as I have ever seen it done. I have told so many people about the deal I got! I am so happy with the truck! Bozard has a customer for life.
