I decided to trade my 2009 F-150 that was not capable of being towed four wheels down for a 2012 F-150 that was capable of being towed four wheels down. From the time I met George and Henry my expectations being towed four wheels down for a 2012 F-150 that was capable of being towed four wheels down. From the time I met George and Henry my expectations were more than met! There was no rush to get me in and out of the door and into a vehicle that did not me my requirements. Infact, I visited the dealership 3 times to review all possible options reviewing specifications of all options and then s in their inventory. During these visits, Henry was enthusiastic and knowledgable in all aspects of ordering a new F-150 and was only concerned that I received the vehicle that met my needs. When it came to negotiate my trade in (Which has always been the most difficult process trying to ensure I received a fare value for my vehicle) with George, it took 15 minutes and one offer that I felt was a fair value for me and a fair value that Bozard would still receive a profit for their efforts (After all dealers have to make a profit too!). Now that the truck was ordered and the trade in negotiated, all we had to do to seal the deal was negotiate the purchase price of the truck I was ordering. Once again, the offer was fair for both of us! After waiting approx. 5 weeks, my truck had been built, delivered and was waiting for me to pick it up at the dealership. When I arrived to pick up the truck, Henry met me out side and took me for a test drive in my new truck. After a quick trip, we sat down to do the paper work for the trade in and financing. AJ was responsible for most of the paper work and worked diligently to have all the paper work in order as me and Henry reviewed some of features on my new truck. When AJ was ready we sat down and reviewed the dozens of forms that are required and during that process I was relieved to find that all paper work was in order with no surprises! Once the paper work was complete, Henry took me out to the truck and we sat inside reviewing all of the features of the new truck for over an hour making sure I understood all of its capabilities. I would highly reccomend Bozard Ford to my friends and family as Bozard Ford understands what it takes to make a customer happy with their purchase! Thanks Bozard, Henry, George, and AJ...Great Job! Overall I was quite satisfied with my experience. Everyone that helped me was very courteous and attentive. My only complaint is that I was told a monthly payment price and it was higher when I went into financing to sign. The finance manager told me that the salesmen “forgot and left something out”.
