Eddie Birkett, the sales manager, then came and showed me the invoice prices on a few vehicles, worked up a few purchase options and the said its up to me on which option I choose. There were no games played,between salesman and sales manager, just straight facts. I mad my decision and then within 40 minutes I had finished signing the papers and drive off in my new vehicle. While picking up the vehicle and learning sync, another salesman outside of my vehicle asked me to back up the vehicle. There was 2.5 quarts of oil on the ground and I had not moved the vehicle out of th salesman outside of my vehicle asked me to back up the vehicle. The dealership owner, the salesman, and the dealership as a whole, were great and handled everything in a professional manner. As far as Corporate Ford, I would not do business with them again. Nothing was offered except they were sorry. Very dissapointing! I would not and do not run my corporation this way. Maybe the new Ford, is the old Ford.
