I recently bought a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL from Ricky Goodwin. I met Ricky 4 Years ago when they were at the other location. At that time I was "Dreaming" of a new F-350, (Already owned a F-250). He was Goodwin. I met Ricky 4 Years ago when they were at the other location. At that time I was "Dreaming" of a new F-350, (Already owned a F-250). He was more than helpful & probably spent 30 minutes going over everything, even though I told him I was just looking. Ricky made you feel like you new him forever & he was more like a friend than a car salesman. I have always remembered this experience & how Ricky treated me. This was unlike any other car dealership. With the recent Fuel prices the Diesel cost for the F-250 & lack of fuel mileage forced a change. I looked at what Ford had to offer as far as high mileage cars & decided on the Fusion. I checked Bozard inventory on-line for the Fusion I wanted & they had the exact model & options I wanted. I gave Ricky a call & told him who I was & asked if he remembered me. He said yes. I asked him to go check his inventory & see if he still had the car & told him to call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes, telling me they had the car & even gave me several breakdowns with pricing - rebates VS interest rate savings. He also provided help on what was the best way for me to buy the car. Later that afternoon I called Ricky & told him I was on my way in. I arrived around 5:30, test drove the car, purchased the car, & was leaving the dealership by 8:00. Ricky was great through the whole process, explaining everything about the car, setting up the SYNC system & making the process go as quickly as possible. The next day I wanted to wash the car, (The car was washed when I took delivery) & go over it really good because it was dark when I took delivery & I noticed a little spot on the back corner, which I noted to Ricky before I left that night. After washing I noticed there were more spots down the one side of the entire car. I called Ricky & he said he was very sorry to hear this & everything was more than covered & to bring it back when I could. I returned the next morning & Ricky took it to his team. Now this was a Saturday Morning. Ricky had to go take a call & his team member suggested that I bring the car back next Tuesday (I live an hour away) & they would send the car a have it looked at by the local paint repair shop, who does work for Bozard Ford. This suggestion did not sit well with me. So I went back to Ricky's office & let him know what they were suggesting & this was not an acceptable option as far as I was concerned. He agreed & went straight to the very top at the dealership. They went & found a paint specialist on site & he tried a to remove a small spot with a solution he had. It came off. He looked at me and said if I would give him 2 Hours he would go over the entire car & make sure every spot was removed. Problem solved. The car looks perfect & Ricky could not have be more apologetic about the whole situation & me having to come back. He truly went out of his way to make sure everything was right. Ricky will be my car Salesperson for as long as he's in the business & he's been a Bozard for 17 Years & that says a lot. More

Our experience was very good, not much in the way of inventory for our first choice, but Doug was not only able to meet our needs, but exceeded them with another model which we did buy, and we are very inventory for our first choice, but Doug was not only able to meet our needs, but exceeded them with another model which we did buy, and we are very pleased with our choice. The length of time for this experience was a bit longer than expected, but we were informed of the delay due to computer issues with the DMV, I believe.
