Robin, I sincerely appreciate your bringing this to my attention. We do a lot of things right but we are not perfect. Having had the opportunity to meet with you in person, I believe we have explained the finance options much more clearly. In a ever changing rebate vs special rate market, it is difficult somtimes to understand all of the many programs. It is our job to make sure that you the customer have a complete understanding of your options. We failed to do this the first time around and for that you have my sincerest appology. Thank you for having the patience to allow us to correct that mistake. It was a pleasure to spend some time with you and Sage. He seems like a fine young man.
