We stopped by to "look" at new trucks - not really intending to buy yesterday. By chance we met Ricky Goodwin on the lot. My husband was very specific in the type of truck and equipment that really intending to buy yesterday. By chance we met Ricky Goodwin on the lot. He went with us on a test drive and explained in detail the features of the truck. Ricky took us on a tour of the service department and introduced us to the service advisor. Ricky spent a lot of time with us explaining every detail of the transaction but not once did we feel that we were being pressured. We made the deal and drove our new truck home. The entire experiance was pleasant - even the financing. Terry Seymour explained every process and searched for the best financing for our situation. We would definitely recommend Bozard Ford. Had over all a good experience. Only complaint I would have was the amount of time spent at the dealership. It shouldn't take 5 1/2 hours of my time to make a car purchase expecially when I didn't even ha have was the amount of time spent at the dealership.
