Sales department was awesome. Can't say the same for the service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle fo service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle for less than 3 weeks and there were numerous issues. They fixed one problem but Jeff, the service writer, made up some terrible excuses because they couldn't find a problem to fix it. Now we have had more issues and they (the service department) doesn't seem to care that we need the vehicle fixed. So just because you spend $45,000 don't expect their service departmentto help you out!! More

David was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that I wanted. It took almost a week and calls to numerous dealerships but he was able to locate a vehicle for me and have it transfered down. The reason for not giving the PRICE a score of 5 was not due to the actual sale but the financing. There was too much waiting and too many hoops to jump through to only wind up with a less than stellar interest rate. This had more to do with the lenders and not Bozard Ford. More

The wife and I recently decided to pursue the purchase of a new vehicle. After reviewing the various autos of interest to us, we went to our local dealer who just happened to have the exact model that we of a new vehicle. After reviewing the various autos of interest to us, we went to our local dealer who just happened to have the exact model that we were interested in. After being shuffled to three employees of this dealership, we found that our offer was being ridiculed. That said, we left, and went on line, contacting a few other dealers out of our area. Through this activity, we were contacted by an internet sales rep. with Bozard Ford, St Augustine Fl. We discussed about auto purchases, about the vehicle that we were interested in and was informed that the dealership just happened to have the exact model as our local dealership and that they were ready to do business. We arranged a date, arrived to meet with Mr John Fiore, Internet Sales Manager, and made a deal. We were shown the vehicle, both driving it and went back to the dealership and purchased it. Mr Fiore was a very hospitable and knowledgeable sales person, a type that makes you feel right at home, answering our questions regarding not only the vehicle, but the service facility facility as well. This man has won a new client for the service department of Bozard Ford, even though we will be driving around fifty miles further for our future service requirements. As a sideline to this Dealership, we discussed having some expensive tow equipment that was installed on our trade in vehicle. I am sorry that I cannot remember the service rep. that John introduced us to, but he listened to my description of the equipment that I desired, if at all possible, and through memory, he had all the equipment removed, boxed up and placed in the trunk of the new vehicle ""at no cost"". Now how can you go wrong with a dealership with your concerns in mind. More
