Bozard Ford Lincoln

I went to Bozard Ford about 6 years ago at the old location, for warranty service on the Ford I purchased in Palatka. The service man was TERRIBLE and told me they didn't like to work on cars that wer location, for warranty service on the Ford I purchased in Palatka. The service man was TERRIBLE and told me they didn't like to work on cars that weren't purchased at Bozard. I have been a Ford owner since 1981, exclusively owning Fords. When Bozard moved, we heard some good reviews, so we decided to give them another try. Henry Rowe waited on us, and he was FANTASTIC. We didn't qualify then, but his service was so professional, yet kind and understanding. We went back in September of 2010 and saw Henry again. We wanted a second Focus, bare bones, which he had in stock. We drove it home the next day after the financing was completed. We have both recommended Henry to others looking to buy a new or used car. He gives 200% to his customers and is available for any little question far after the sale. After doing research on the Internet, I decided that the 2011 Ford Flex Truck was just the vehicle I needed to support my volunteer historical re-enactment activities. When I called about the vehicle I talked to Jeff who acted like he was interested in selling me what I wanted. He alway kept me informed and was there when he said he would be.
