I researched and read reviews on SUV/Crossovers online. I was interested in looking at the Lincoln MKT, MKX, Ford Explorer and the Buick Enclave. My wife and I had been looking for a New Edge for a while, We were met at the door by the new car Director and sales man, Told us we would get a great deal and if you didn't have the edge we wanted the while, We were met at the door by the new car Director and sales man, Told us we would get a great deal and if you didn't have the edge we wanted the dealership would go find it and get it. Didnt really have exactly what we wanted on the lot, instead of settling for something else George Promised to find and get it. Left the dealership and within an hour had a phone call stating they had found the exact Edge we wanted. Had vehicle brought to store, deal pretty much made over the phone and everything complete by the time we got to dealership. I will say what a GREAT experience!! George was awesome, and salesman Henry Rowe was Great. Henry went above and beyond. Will be back to Bozard Ford to buy again! Also wanted to add this, I drove out of my way and past other and closer dealerships to go to Bozard. well worth the drive and glad we got to expeience how great Bozard ford and staff are. More
