Our entire experience with Bozard Ford was positive from the moment we got out of our car. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly salesman, Joe Martin, who took the time to listen to us as we explai the moment we got out of our car. He went above and beyond to make sure that we saw each vehicle that had various options, and also drove us around the lot looking at exterior colors when I couldn't decide on a color. We never felt pressured. That is very important to us...we do not like to be pressured or rushed when making such a big decision. The end result was that we now own a beautiful, very cool Ford Explorer and were able to get top dollar for the two vehicles that we traded in.
