We came in to the dealership looking for a specific model (Focus). After the test drive, it wasn't exactly what we wanted. The new 2013 Escape caught our eye and we test drove it. We were impressed, but we were very particular with the color and equipment we wanted (which the dealer did not have). Eric and George worked very well together to work with us. They asked us if they could find the Escape with the equipment we wanted, get it to their dealership, and they gave us a good price, would we consider buying it. We liked the Escape so much, that we said yes. Well, they were able to locate the exact one we were looking for, they gave us a fair trade amount for our vehicle, gave us a great price on the Escape, and we bought it sight unseen with delivery expected two days later. It's hard to believe we bought a vehicle just from a piece of paper, but we felt great about it. It actually took three days to get it delivered, but we fell in love with it at first sight. We have bought several vehicles in our days, but we have never had a better, more easy going experience as we had at Bozard Ford. Well, we weren't sure we were even going to purchase a new truck. We went to Bozard just to see what the new 2012 Lariats had to offer. We presently owned a 2010 Lariat and loved it. After looking at the upgrades in the interior and the upgrades with the chrome package exterior, it wasn't hard to make up our mind. For a few dollars more we were able to purchase a brand new, 2012 Lariat. We were so excited . This is the first Brand New vehicle we've owned in 36 years. Frank S. was so patient showing us around the lot. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted so Bob Robinson got on the computer and located the perfect truck. It was delivered in two days.
