I knew exactly what features and package that I wanted on a 2011 Lincoln MKX. When I went to Bozard Ford, they didn'y have any MKX's on their lot. Usually, a dealer will only search within a 300 mile radius for another dealer that has a car they are looking for. Terry located my vehicle 500 miles away! I found the vehicle on line at Bozard.com and from my first call with Eddie with all of my questions, the staff was very cooperative and helpful while making my decision. Moreover, I brought my truck to trade and we did not have to haggle over trade-in value or numbers, I told Eddie what I wanted for the trade and that is what I got. During the finance portion, I was faced with many decisions and options to purchase, but with assistance from the finance officer (i can't remember his name...well groomed black gentleman from South Carolina that likes the Game Cocks and Spurrier, nobody's perfect)GO GATORS, I selected the plan that was right for me. Even when I didn't select the 100k warranty the finance officer adjusted the interest rate, so I would still get that extended warranty and not change my payments. Job well done. and thanks to Ford for making such a great F-250 and not needing to take a government bail-out like those other guys. More

I became very interested in the 2011 Edge when I was researching a 2010 Edge online. I had decided that I wanted one even before I saw it in person. I drove to the dealership the next day and looked at it, I was greeted by "Dave Mayfield" and was asked what I was interested in. Dave was very friendly, and knowledgable about the Edge, and all it's features. After a brief test drive, we went into the office and talked. He intoduced me to Mike Hanley, and between the two of them, they offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Needless to say, I was very satified with the sales staff, the deal, and obiviously the vehicle.
