Bozard Ford had amazing customer service and they went out of there way to get me a car. They also gave advice and insight in making sure the cars I looked at were in my price range and considered EPA val out of there way to get me a car. They did not force me to take any initial action under pressure nor did they try to sell me a car that was unrealistic to my needs. Bozard Ford managed to keep their inventory on their website updated frequently and provided prices and many photos which is very helpful compared to other dealer's online sites. Their sales team was also determined to give the customer the best experience even if it was at the hands of another salesman. I met just about every employee there in my car shopping adventure and they were all more then helpful. Thanks BOZARD! More

Ricky is an amazing sales man. My husband and I came into his office about 4 months prior to buying a truck and we gave our information.We told Ricky we weren't ready to purchase we just wanted to look at th his office about 4 months prior to buying a truck and we gave our information.We told Ricky we weren't ready to purchase we just wanted to look at the inventory.We were looking at a Lincoln MKX.After showing us the MKX, Ricky asked what I liked about the MKX.Once he determined what we were intrested in, he asked if he could show us another truck that was just as nice but would be easier on the wallet.I couldn't believe that a sales man wasn't hung up on selling us the most expensive truck on the lot!After looking at the Edge we did a test drive and Ricky could tell us everything about the truck.I couldn't come up with a question that he didn't have the answer to.After driving the truck we told Ricky that we would contact him when we were ready to purchase.He told us to let him know if he could answer any other questions.Ricky never called to hound us about making a purchase.About 4 months later, I made a call to Ricky to let him know we were ready to buy.He came in two different days on his day off just to assist me with questions prior to our purchase of a 2011 Ford Edge.He was not pushy and made it clear that he worked for us.Three days before we purchased the truck Ricky told us to take the truck home(with a free tank of gas) to see if we liked it.He told us that if we didn't like the truck to let him know and he'd find a truck that we would like. When it came time to purchase the truck, Ricky came in again on his day off because that's the day that my husband and I both had off. The staff went out of their way to search extra rebates for us. We bought the truck with an extra 1,000 rebate that we didn't expect to get(2,000 total)!We also had a trade in that we got top dollar for. Michael Hanley did our final paperwork and he was great too.Our total was 238.00 above what we wanted to spend and after letting him know they brought the price down exactly to where we wanted our price to be.Michael wasn't pushy about extended warrenties or extra add ons. He told us our options and let us decide what we wanted to do.Once we made the decision, he didn't try to change our mind.This was the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had.I feel like I could deal with Ricky even without my husband.Ricky never tried to take advantage of me because I'm a female. Our next car with be bought through this dealership.They were amazing! More
