I can't imagine how many times salesman families have had to be put on hold in order to make the sale.Anyone who is in sales like Mr. Goodwin has to love his job to put up with pius , bigheaded , aggravating, tire kickers, on a daily basis.My hat goes off to you. When my wife and I came into the dealership we met Dave outside. He was friendly and immediatly established our need rather than just trying to sell a car. We talked for a few minutes about what we were tr outside. He was friendly and immediatly established our need rather than just trying to sell a car. We talked for a few minutes about what we were trying to accomplish before recommending any products. I left the dealership without purchasing initially, but after some time talking to my wife, we decided to look into purchasing the car we test drove. I called Dave back later that afternoon, explaind my situation and he said he would take a look at possibilities and get back to me. He called later that evening and thought he could help us out. We made and appointment for the following afternoon. When we returned the next day, the car was already set off to the side and we were given an opportunity to inspect the car. We went inside, talked to the finance person and after a while we were presented with what we felt a fair offer and terms that met out specific need. After driving home in the new to us car, I noticed that the slignment was not quite right. I called Dave the following day and he set me up with an appointment the following day. The issue was corrected. There was one other issue with the supplied Navigation system DVD (not the correct one). After talking with Dave, he located the correct one and is mailing that one to me, preventing me from having to make a return trip just to pick it up. Dave has been very helpful in making the purchase go very smoothly. Thanks very much! More

Henry is great and the best sales representative I have worked with at any Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealer. He took the time to ensure that I was getting what I required and wanted an, presented all the details. There was no gamesmanship. Then at delivery, he showed me all the new stuff and how it works in a was that anyone could understand. And, between the order to delivery, he kept me informed at least weekly on the progress of manufacture and shipment. What more could anyone ask for? He is a great guy, frienly, courteous, respectful, and knows that great customer service wins every time! He truly is an asset to the Bozard organization. You can bet I will be sending him more customers. More
