I would like to thank you for the candid review. I agree completely that an introduction to service needs to be standard procedure. As for the after market accessories, we are capable of quoting prices and installation right here from the vehicle sales department. I am not sure just yet where the breakdown occured but I most certainly will address the issue. Our dealership has experienced much growth. This growth has resulted in the addition of new employees. It is my responsibility to ensure that everyone is properly trained as to our processes. The buck stops with me on this one. I sincerely apologiize and thank you for bringing this to my attention.
