When I went in to meet him on Thursday he greeted me in a friendly professional manner. He took me out to the vehicle, let me test drive it, and explained all the features. Since my wife was working he gave me the vehicle to take home and show it to her that night. The next day my wife and I meet Dave again and went over all the "numbers" on the new vehicle and my trade. Again this was done in a professional manner and everything worked out to my satisfaction. I just bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia and am extremely pleased with everyone I worked with and the level of service I received. When I purchased the car there was only one set of keys and my sales rep, To pleased with everyone I worked with and the level of service I received. When I purchased the car there was only one set of keys and my sales rep, Tom Krell, told me he would contact the previous owner and see if they had them. I did not think I was ever going to see that second set but Tom called me a day later and told me he had gotten them from the previous owner. Also, there was an issue with my tag being transferred and I was going to have to come back down to the dealership to pick it up. Tom offered to take the keys and the registration to my wifes' work which is off the next exit north from the dealership. He texted me later to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it up there before she was gone for the day and that he would bring them to my house when he got off work. Keep in mind I live in Julington Creek Plantation which is 35 mins away. Tom was true to his word and brought everything by at around 9pm that evening. In my experience most sales reps after the paperwork is signed tend to disappear. That is not the case with Tom Krell. He has gone above and beyond his responsibilities and I am very pleased.
