It felt like dealing with family...there was absolutely no pressure... I got to drive the truck for as long as I needed. The salesman I worked with actually came in to deal with me on his day off. He stayed with me until late afternoon. His name was Bruce Galbraith. I am very satisfied. I actually had a small problem and 3 or 4 days later they told me to bring the truck in and it took a short time and it was fixed and there was absolutely no charge for anything... the service people were also very friendly to me. I will buy all of my future vehicles from Bozard Ford and suggest them to all my friends and relatives... It was a great experience.. I bought a used vehicle (2004)and I was treated like I was buying a $50,000 brand new truck. Thank you Bozard Ford. More
