My husband and I had a great experience with Tom Krell at Bozard Ford. We went there to buy a car, one that we had seen on the internet, and were very satisfied with the one that we came out with. Mike is not the stereotypical big talking, false promising car salesman. Mike answered our questions and got us the information we were looking for the first time we asked. He'll help you find exactly what you want (or what will fit your budget) and he'll never pressure you to do anything that will take you out of your comfort zone.
