I contacted Tom via the internet for a price on a 2011 Expedition, his prompt response, honesty, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Tom with the expedition waiting by the door for my inspection and test drive. True to his word all pricing was exactly what was presented to me on the phone and internet. We quickly negotiated a fair value for my trade and closed the deal. AJ Miller, financing, did a great job explaining the available warranties and maintenance programs. AJ was instrumental in finding an interest rate lower than my Credit Union’s rate. I appreciate Tom’s and AJ’s professional, personable and caring attitudes.We were well past closing time and they never tried to hurry me through the process, their concern was to ensure I understood everything and was happy. Tom Krell was highly professional and made the car-buying experience fair, pleasurable and efficient. SInce I was returning from out or town, I did not have my checkbook, and Tom offered to follow me home i experience fair, pleasurable and efficient. I don't live near St. Augustine. I was on my way home from Daytona and stopped at the Outlet Mall for my wife to shop. While she was in the Mall, I walked over to see what Bozard had on the lot. Steve from Daytona and stopped at the Outlet Mall for my wife to shop. While she was in the Mall, I walked over to see what Bozard had on the lot. Steve met me in the lot and greeted me courteously. I told him I was only browsing while my wife was in the Mall, but he took time to answer some questions and show me a couple of cars anyway. No high pressure sales pitch. Just helpful. I had been shopping online for a year and knew exactly what I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay. He offered to find the vehicle for the price I wanted if I was willing to drive back to get it. My wife came over from the Mall to test drive our Explorer. It was the exact vehicle we wanted except it had a few extra features that I did not really want to pay for. My wife convinced me that it was worth it over the life of the vehicle to have the added features. Bozard gave us a deal we couldn't refuse, and we drove away in two cars. A great dealership! More

Mike has mentioned that he wears many hats here at Bozard! It is easy to tell that, because he managed to fix any little (or big) problem that arose..
