Sales Rep (Bruce Gailbraith) happened by while moving vehicles around, asked nicely if he could answer any questions, all without any high pressure. Offered us a drive in a new vehicle. We were impressed...phoned him three days later and eventually worked out a deal on a new Edge. Process was not rushed, not pressured, candid conversations. Price was very competitive so we bought. Finance Assistant Manager AJ followed up with again a no pressure explanation about extended warranties, etc. This is no "boiler room" operation. Dealership has a very modern service area, attractive waiting room area for service versus others in the JAX area. We also own a Lexus and would say that the buying experience was on a par with a luxury dealership. Well Done Bozard and Bruce Gailbraith! More

We had been to Bozard Ford three times before interested in buying a new car, and no one greeted us or waited on us. We decided to go one more time and we are glad we did. Gino was exactly what we needed in a salesman; he greeted us immediately and stayed with us until the end. He talked to us about the different types of modes of the Edge they had and determined what, exactly, we wanted. He had exactly what we wanted and ed us right to the car of our dreamsw. By the time we decided which car we wanted he was more like a friend and an advisor. He explained everything thoroughly, walked us through the process, and got us out of there confident he would continue to help us out in the future. More

This was our first experience with internet sales and the purchase of a new Fusion was the easiest and most pleasant ever. I only had a brief exposure, but the showroom was very nice, all the staff were nice and the business manager was very efficicent and flexible to my needs. Please note that I went to Bozard Ford because of Tom Krell, who is basically becoming my go to Sales Guy. This is the third car I have bought from Tom (Lotus, used BMS 328i, and used BMW645ci). I searched out Tom after he left World Imports, because he listens, knows my likes and my families needs (which vary from my likes, of course). I will buy again from Bozard Ford, predominantly, because I will buy again from Tom. More

A breath of fresh air! I purchased a new F350 Dually from Tom Krell and it was all done over the internet, I drove over 2 hours from Orlando for this purchase. These guys are friendly and and very helpful anD very sincere. No surprises and no add ons. They did what they said they would do and that today is an exception. I have purchased a new Ford truck on average every 4 years since 1985 and this was one of the best experiences I have had. As a bussiness owner myself I can say they do bussiness right! In addition I am a very discriminating consumer and customer service is a pet peave of mine and these guys get it, do it and I would reccomend them to anyone desiring a true, easy, fair and freindley purchase experience. My profession is automotive related and in the late 80's early 90's I was the technical advisor and chairperson of the Ford Consumer Advisory Board (FCAB) here in Florida, and I can say these guys really live up to what Ford strives in it's dealership experience. Everything from the pricing, trade in and taxes etc. was provided to me up front and prior to me arriving at the Dealership. What a time savings! When I arrived all was ready and Mike Hanley the finance director was awesome as well. Mike understands finance and how best to structure a loan for bussiness customers. He was very knowlegeable about the product and the warranty. He took time to explain several extended warranty offers and other protection packages but was not overbearing or obnoxious. A real fair experience. Mike's only fault is that he is a GATOR fan. Go WAR EAGLES! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL AND A TRUE OLD FASHION HONEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE, YOU WOULD BE FOOLISH TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE! AWESOME! THANKS GUYS! More
