My overall experience at Bozard Ford was excellent. My salesman, Charles Brawner, took an extensive amount of time ensuring that I was getting exactly what I wanted with no compromise. I did notice a small defect in the paint of my new F150 which he personally took to the service department where they made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction. Charles even went as far as to personally deliver my truck to me in Jacksonville once the repair was complete. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received at Bozard and will be confident in my referral when my friends and family are looking for their next car or truck. Charles was great from the start, took his time and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even took a 50 mile test drive to our house to see if the truck would accomodate our parking situatio answered all of our questions and concerns. The trade allowance was fair at the beginning and very little "haggling" was needed to make this sale. Bozard Ford is probably the best place that I have ever purchased a vehicle. They gave me a great price on my trade in and even gave me a higher price than originally offered when I just asked for more money. They didn't play any games with me such as hiding my keys that other dealerships have tried in the past. Bozard Ford also offered a wide range of extended warranties and Terry explained all the options available to me while giving me a plan that best suited my personal situation. In summary I give both Bozard Ford and my salesman Steve Purdy the highest recommendation and I will certainly return there to buy my next vehicle a few years down the road. More
