From the minute we drove on to the faciility we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Bruce was more than helpful to us in the purchase of our new car. He was recommended to us by a friend who had just purchased a new vehicle also. When we arrived Bruce had a Fusion waiting for us to test drive. Great car.....loved it! It had everything we wated and then some. Bruce introduced us to Chris who worked up a price for us and needless to say we were very pleased. It was a very busy day for them, but they never hesitated to answer all our questions and that reassured us that Customer Service wasn't dead.
