From the time my wife and I met Mike he was the pleasant, knowledgeable and professional sales person, I looked forward to dealing with during this transaction. He went out of his way to ensure my wife and I were comfortable with the purchase, including delivering an accessory to my home that was removed from my trade-in. Terry Seymour was also pleasant and professional. Although we did not spend as much time with Terry, he was well versed in his responsibilities and advised us through the process. The price category is marked lower, as I am unsure of the "deal" pricing. Although I did my research and believed I was well prepared, in today's market the pricing piece is always a challenge.
