Having just purchased a new 2012 Mustang form Bozard ford, which is the Third for my wife from this dealership, two at the other location and one from this one. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing an automobile. Thomas Krell made the experience which is usually a pain, a very enjoyable experience. We made the deal late the night before and Thomas had the car and the paperwork ready when I came in the next day. I was in and out in less than an hour. I looked at cars at two other dealerships and was very disappointed with the treatment form their sales staff. They should do a field trip to Bozard ford to see how they run their operation. If someone is looking for a car I would definitely recommend that they stop by Bozard ford and at least give them a chance. Thank you Tom for a great experience, Love the Mustang. More
Paul truly wanted to earn our business. There are many dealerships between St. Petersburg and St. Augustine but we found no one as eager to work with us as Paul and John. There was constant communications throughout the deal, calls and emails were promptly answered and a price was quickly determined. We were unable to make the trip on Saturday, but Paul gave up his day off on Sunday to pick us up at the Jacksonville airport which is 30 minutes the opposite way of the dealership saving us a costly taxi fare. We got through inspection of the vehicle, finance, detailing of the vehicle and filling up the tank with gas and on the road home in well less than 2 hours. I own 6 Ford vehicles and will call Paul at Bozard when I buy my next one. More

Eventhough I had not planned on buying a car on the day of its purchase, the whole experience with David "Ski" and the Bozard staff was very enjoyable. Sales department was awesome. Can't say the same for the service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle fo service department. Went to get our vehicle serviced and they had reserved us a rental but upon arrival they didn't have any. We had our vehicle for less than 3 weeks and there were numerous issues. They fixed one problem but Jeff, the service writer, made up some terrible excuses because they couldn't find a problem to fix it. Now we have had more issues and they (the service department) doesn't seem to care that we need the vehicle fixed. So just because you spend $45,000 don't expect their service departmentto help you out!! More
