We have been buying Ford's for over 30 years and this buying experience is by far the best. It started with a single phone call to Tom Krell,we explained to him that we wanted a new Explorer and all the options we wanted, including the color. He didn't have the Explorer we were looking for on the lot so he went to work on locating one. Tom had what we were looking for in a couple days. We live two hours away in Orlando so all the communication was done by phone & internet. We arrived a couple day's later to do the paper work and pickup the car. We were greeted with open arms at Bozard Ford when we arrived, they immediately took us to Tom Krell were he was waiting for us with all the paper work ready to sign. We then had a great time with TJ Bernal the finance services manager, he was a big help in the financing. When we finished all the paper work Tom Krell took the time to help us set-up our sync account an get us familiarize with all the options our new Explorer offers.
