I recently purchased a new Ford Focus at Bozard Ford. My experience during my purchase was amazing. Tom Krell followed up with me several times to make sure I had everything I needed. He was so helpful in teaching how to use all the features of my new Ford. When I stopped into the dealership to see Tom, I also was able to thank Mr. Workman for all the help he provided with my sale and let him know that Tom Krell has made me feel like a member of the Bozard family. It is so nice to know that at Bozard, you are not forgotten once the deal is done. Tom and Thom have gone out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Went in close to closeing time on a Saturday with my van that was haveing issues to say the least Alex and krystal help Bozard goes out of there way! Went in close to closeing time on a Saturday with my van that was haveing issues to say the least Alex and krystal helped me out and got my van in the shop and diagnosed ....bad fuel pump.....even though they were closeing up by this time Alex went and personaly picked up parts needed. And David the tech stayed after close also and had my van ready when I arrived Monday ...as needed You guys rock!!! More

I can't say enough positive thoughts of our experience at Bozzard Ford. We went to several dealers in the area this time around shopping for a new car to meet our needs, and our experience here was hands down, no question the best. Fred and John answered all my email questions and inquiries promptly and followed up to ensure all my questions were answered. They LISTEN to your needs, what you can afford and treat you with respect the entire time. We weren't treated this way at ANY other dealer in the area. I feel the need to go out of my way to point out such a great experience and reputable business down here. I have lived in the area for 6+ years and often find businesses large and small to lack in the customer service area and treat customers and potential customers with respect. John and Fred are both stand up guys, are honest and really worked with us to get us into the car we really wanted. We purchased a 14 Explorer and couldn't be happier with the car and the experience. The entire staff and organization was nice and easy to work with, from sales to finance to anyone else at the dealership. While on vacation from Michigan in the St. Augustine area, we encountered an overheated transmission problem; we had our Jeep Cherokee Laredo towed to Bozard for servicing--we have a Ford Blue Oval Exte area, we encountered an overheated transmission problem; we had our Jeep Cherokee Laredo towed to Bozard for servicing--we have a Ford Blue Oval Extended Warranty. Before having our car towed, I had a few questions, so I dialed Bozard's Service Department and reached Colby Clarke, who explained all the troubling details in a friendly, professional manner. As it turned out, a part had to be ordered, so we had to leave the Cherokee and rent a car. From that point on, Marcia Nelson was our contact person. Marcia, like Colby, was even MORE friendly and professional; add to those qualities warmth as well as efficiency. Marcia made my wife and me feel appreciated, welcome, and most importantly, taken care of. As it happened, about a week after getting our Jeep back and driving it around, we endured another car problem (unrelated to the first problem): of course, we drove straight to Bozard! Again, we were treated to outstanding service by Marcia Nelson. Our chance encounters with other helpful Bozard employees, such as the mechanics, parts department, and porters were all very positive. Bozard employees behave like they care and are there to make the customers happy. All in all, our experience at Bozard was fantastic; the employees are the best! Oh yes: we made the 1,156 mile trip back to Michigan without any car problems. More
