It had been years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I had contacted my local Ford dealer about finding me a truck, I asked them a few questions and never heard from them again. I saw this vehicle advertised on Craigslist, which led me to Bozard's website. Being some 200 miles away I was a little anxious about how this would work, it was difficult for me to get away from my business. All I can say is that it is refreshing to find a dealership that is so customer service oriented. Everyone that I spoke with was professional, no rush, no nonsense.
