After looking at all Ford dealer websites both locally and nearby from Gainesville to Daytona to Fernandina, the Bozard website is hands-down the best! When I arrived at Bozard I was pleasantly greeted by Anthony and he was eager to show me the vehicles with the features I wanted. Anthony was able to competently demonstrate the vehicles features and in particular that of Sync and voice navigation, which can be a little complicated at least to me. A few days later around 7 pm on a Thursday evening we were in the process of working a deal to source my selection from another dealer, when Anthony suggested we take a look at some vehicles that had just arrived that day. I'm glad we did because there was a beautiful Explorer XLT that had all the features I wanted. Anthony quickly moved the vehicle to an area with plenty of lighting so he could show it to me. Anthony and sales manager Bryan Wilson patiently worked with me to get the best pricing they could offer along with a very fair trade-in on my current vehicle. I really preferred to buy locally, but at the same time had no problem driving a little distance to get the best price. It was Bozard that won my business!! More

It had been years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I had contacted my local Ford dealer about finding me a truck, I asked them a few questions and never heard from them again. Being some 200 miles away I was a little anxious about how this would work, it was difficult for me to get away from my business.
