I took my truck in for service and was greeted by the most pleasant lady i have ever encountered at a dealership, she was very helpful and eager to take our concerns into account. Based on an odor we detected while driving i suggested that i might have a fluid leak which turned out to be the case. The problem was a faulty gasket which was replaced.
